Definitions and Scope
The present Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use govern the offer and supply of Services provided by Wine Tours Paris on the Site www.winetoursparis.com .
The Terms and Conditions may be modified without notice at any time.
“Partner” means any or all suppliers of Services.
“Service” or “Tour” means any or all services offered on the Site, in particular the sale of transportation services and tours.
The “Site” is www.winetoursparis.com. The purpose of the Site is to assist the User to find Services and information relating to travel and to make suitable booking. The User must be aged 18 or over and must be legally capable of entering into the contract as provided by the Terms and Conditions for using the Site.
Orders and Payment
The User may only place an order using the Site once they have acknowledged their acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions.
The prices quoted on the Site are provided in Euros. Prices may be subject to change.
Payment must be made using a banker’s card and the secure payment system available on the Site at the time of the reservation via our Partner website Weezevent, Bokun and Stripe or on demand via Paypal, by e-mailing info@winetoursparis.com.
Confirmation of the order will be sent to the User using electronic mail filled by the user within a period not exceeding 24 hours following the date of the order, and will include inside the Pdf Voucher: name and date of the tour booked, quantity, total price paid in Euro, important informations relative to the tour and contact information of Wine Tours Paris.
Cancellation policy
All the Terms and Conditions relative to cancellations, changes to orders and/or refunds are accessible directly from the Site prior to making any reservations, and are also provided on demand by e-mail info@winetoursparis.com.
All cancellations and changes to orders must be made by email, and sent to the following address: info@winetoursparis.com
– Cancellation at least 8 calendar days in advance, prior to the wine tour date booked: 100% refund of the ticket price paid in Euro. The initial transaction fees paid at time of booking to Weezevent/Bokun/Stripe are not refundable.
– Cancellation under 8 calendar days in advance, prior to the wine tour date booked: No refund.
– No refund for no-show or when guests missed the tour because they were late. No refunds are available once a tour or service has started.
We understand that plans may change and unexpected situations do arise while traveling internationally.If you are unable to attend a wine tour that you have scheduled and paid for, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any refund due to the User following a cancellation or change to a booking made by the User, will be paid within a reasonable period of time.
Important informations to know before the departure
Passengers must be able to prove age over 18 years for the consumption of alcohol at wineries.
We reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary, or days of operation without notice, dependent on the season and cellars opening. We reserve the right to cancel any tour. In this case the Customer will be offered other dates or Tours. If those dates are not fitting with User’s plan, we will propose a full refund.
Wine Tours Paris wishes all Passengers a safe and fun tour. While all precautions and care are taken, no responsibility will be accepted for any additional costs incurred to Passengers due to delays, mechanical breakdowns, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
